Better Days Kickin Chicken Salad

When changing your diet you don't have to do everything all at once. And this spicy chicken salad may be just the ticket.
What you will need...(I have added photos of the items I used for my salad)
Romain lettuce chopped
tri color tortilla strips
Diced Onions
Fiesta Canned Corn (drain)
Canned Black beans (wash and drain)
Cherry or grape tomatoes cut lengthwise in half
Shredded Sharp cheddar cheese
1 package of powdered Ranch Jalapeno Dressing
Miracle Whip
Whole Milk
Chicken Strips (I use Tyson Frozen Grilled Chicken Strips)
Start With the dressing:
in a bowl mix
1 cup whole milk
1 cup Mayonnaise or Miracle whip (I use Miracle Whip)
1 packet of Ranch Jalapeno Dressing packet
Mix well and place in fridge I like to leave it over night so it thickens up.
If you find this is too hot for you or your family do this
Get 1 package of Ranch Dressing
Mix
1 Cup Whole Milk
1 Cup Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (I use Miracle Whip)
1 Package of Ranch Dressing
Place in fridge I like to leave overnight to thicken up
after both dressings are ready get a large bowl
Pour in the Jalapeno dressing then begin slowly pouring into that the ranch dressing to taste.
Don't dump it all in at once do a little at a time and taste. When you get it cut how you or your family loves, STOP use the remaining dressing for dipping veggies.
When the dressing is ready. in a bowl add:
Romain lettuce about 1 cup
about 1/4 cup Fiesta Corn in the middle of the lettuce
about 1/4 cup black been in middle of the lettuce
Then add the cut tomatoes about 6
about 1/4 cup onion I use white
and tortilla strips your call i use about 1/2 cup
and just a little cheese to taste
Grilled Chicken strips about 4 to 6 strips
Add dressing last to taste (I like a lot of dressing)
