Teri's Grocery List

Please check with your own Dr. Prior to starting any new Diet Plan. This is not Medical advise it is what we did and it worked for us.

After the health Issues were being attended to: Now was the time to fix the diet.

With the help of our hospital nutritionist we had to change the diet. So with our grocery list in hand and very high numbers in both of us for everything to include but limited to, all the bad stuff my lipid # in July was over 600 (Cholesterol) less than 200 is normal or good. Triglycerides: were at around 300 normal is around less than 150. Blood sugar was around 200 with less than 99 to be good. 

After the change in diet 4 weeks later another blood work up AND all numbers hit normal range all with diet. I did not take any pills for cholesterol, sugar or anything else. Full disclosure- the Dr. wanted me to.   

Below is a grocery list I stocked little by little and will share the diet plan.

Note: We threw out all of the unhealthy food, highly processed foods before re-stocking. This is the most important thing because if it there YOU WILL EAT IT!
