Honey Mint Lemonade

Fresh Mint garnish

1 Fresh Lemon - cut in half and juice both halves (add more to taste)

pitcher 1 cup hot water to dissolve honey and mint fill the pitcher with cold water

Making this delicious lemonade is so simple!

Heat 1 cup of water with your honey until it is dissolved.

Add mint + allow it to cool.

To pitcher add juiced lemon
-
Stir in cold water and enjoy! That’s it!

Add Fresh/frozen Strawberries, blueberries for an exotic twist
Tart Cherry Night Time Mocktail
Ingredients

2 tablespoons hot water
-
1 tablespoon honey
-
6 fresh sage leaves, plus more for garnish

1/2 cup pure tart cherry juice
-
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
-
Ice
-
3/4 cup sparkling water
-
Lime wedges for garnish (optional)

Directions
-
Stir hot water and honey together in a cocktail shaker until the honey dissolves. Add sage; muddle with a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon until the leaves are slightly bruised and fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add cherry juice and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice; cover and shake until the outside frosts and the drink is chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into 2 ice-filled rocks glasses; top with sparkling water. Garnish with sage leaves and/or lime wedges, if desired.
Raspberry Iced Tea
Ingredients

7 cups water, divided

6 black tea bags
-
3 cups fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-
Ice cubes
-
Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Directions

Place 4 cups water in a medium saucepan over high heat; bring to a boil, uncovered. Remove from heat. Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags, lightly pressing the liquid out of the bags; discard the tea bags. Let the tea cool at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine raspberries and the remaining 3 cups water in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; use a fork to smash any remaining whole raspberries. (Alternatively, process with an immersion blender until the raspberries are pureed, about 30 seconds.) Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a medium bowl; discard solids.

Transfer the cooled tea to a pitcher; stir in the raspberry liquid and lemon juice. Refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.

To serve, fill 8 (16-ounce) glasses with ice and add about 3/4 cup tea to each. Garnish with lemon slices and additional raspberries, if desired.
Sparkling Strawberry Ginger Lemonade
Ingredients

1 cup hulled strawberries (about 6 ounces), plus sliced and/or whole berries for garnish

1 (1-liter) bottle sparkling pink lemonade

2 (12 ounce) bottles ginger beer
-
Mint sprigs for garnish

Directions

Place strawberries in a large glass measuring cup; mash with a muddler or wooden spoon until very juicy. Transfer the mixture to a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl; press firmly to express as much juice as possible. (Save the solids for another use.)

Combine the strawberry juice, lemonade and ginger beer in a large pitcher. Serve over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with sliced and/or whole berries and mint sprigs, if desired.
Ginger Thyme Sparkling Lemonade
Ingredients

2 cups water

12 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for garnish

3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger

2 tablespoons lemon zest
-
¾ cup lemon juice
-
2 liters cold plain sparkling or still water
-
12 ounces gin or vodka (optional)

Directions

Combine water, honey, thyme and ginger in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in lemon zest and lemon juice. Let steep for 20 minutes.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a medium bowl. (Discard the solids.) Refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours or up to 5 days.

To make each drink, combine 1/4 cup of the lemon mixture with 1/2 cup sparkling (or still) water and 1 ounce gin (or vodka), if desired. Garnish with a thyme sprig, if desired.
Elderberry Elixir Mocktail
Ingredients

2 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
-
1 ounce elderberry syrup (see Tip)

½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
-
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric, or more to taste

Ice
-
Sparkling water
-
Orange slice for garnish

Directions

Combine orange juice, elderberry syrup, lemon juice and turmeric in a cocktail shaker. Add ice to make the shaker 3/4 full. Cover and shake until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. (Alternatively, for a layered look, shake the citrus juices and turmeric and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle the elderberry syrup over the ice.)

Top with sparkling water and garnish with an orange slice, if desired.
Iced Mint Green Tea
Ingredients

½ cup fresh mint leaves

3 green tea bags
-
2 tablespoons honey
-
4 cups boiling water
-
4 stalks lemongrass, for garnish

Directions

Combine mint leaves, tea bags, honey and boiling water. Let steep for 5 minutes; remove tea bags. Refrigerate until chilled. Divide among 4 large ice-filled glasses. Garnish with a stalk of lemongrass.
Raspberry Spritzer

2 cups seltzer

3 ounces raspberry-flavored syrup, or Chambord

Combine seltzer, raspberries, mint and raspberry-flavored syrup (or Chambord) in a small pitcher. Pour over ice.
Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie
Ingredients

1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
-
1 cup chilled unsweetened chocolate almond milk, plus more if needed
-
1 tablespoon almond butter
-
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
-
1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Combine strawberries, almond milk, almond butter, cocoa and honey in a blender. Process until smooth, adding more almond milk, if needed, for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
